Cleaner – Street & Facility Maintenance

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our team on a temporary basis in Burnham-on-Sea. You will be responsible for maintaining clean public spaces and facilities, ensuring a tidy environment for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform street cleansing duties including litter picking and hand sweeping.
- Empty public bins and remove fly‑tips.
- Clean and maintain public toilets.
- Operate and maintain a non‑LGV vehicle and related cleaning machinery.
- Carry out any other reasonable cleaning tasks as required.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Willing to work on a temporary, contract basis.
Required skills
- Vehicle operation (non‑LGV).
- Use of standard cleaning equipment and machinery.
