Cleaning Operative – Evening Shift

About the role

NuServe, a certified B Corp facilities management company, is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative for an evening shift in Watford. You will help keep the site clean, safe and welcoming, contributing to the company’s purpose‑driven mission.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors to a high standard.
• Dust surfaces, furniture and fixtures.
• Empty bins and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors.
• Restock bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap and paper towels.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies for the site.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and supervisors, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures, using protective equipment and reporting hazards.
