Cleaning Operative – London

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at a B Corp facilities management company in London. You will help keep the site clean, safe and welcoming for staff and visitors while contributing to our purpose‑driven mission.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors to maintain a spotless environment.
• Dust surfaces, furniture and fixtures.
• Empty bins, replace liners and restock bathroom supplies.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors.
• Order and manage cleaning consumables for the site.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report any hazards.

Required profile

• Commitment to high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard.
• Effective communication with colleagues, supervisors and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to manage tasks in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
