Cleaning Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Project Manager to lead a summer cleaning programme for student accommodation across multiple sites in the South West of England. This fast‑paced temporary contract runs from June to September 2026 and involves overseeing large‑scale turnaround projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations across several student accommodation sites.
• Supervise on‑site teams, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality, productivity and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits.
• Ensure health & safety and operational compliance standards are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational delivery across sites.
• Support staffing coordination and mobilisation during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in student accommodation, facilities management, hospitality or contract cleaning.
• Strong operational or project management background.
• Experience managing multi‑site teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Bristol, Bath, Southampton, Brighton and Exeter.
