Cleaning Supervisor – Early Morning Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team on a high‑profile site in Central London. This is a temporary, part‑time position working early mornings to ensure the premises are spotless and safe for the day ahead.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct quality checks and audits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Liaise with site management and address cleaning‑related issues.
• Provide hands‑on cleaning support when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
• Willingness to travel to Central London for a 4:30 AM start.
