Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead industrial and residential cleaning teams on a temporary, ongoing basis across multiple sites in South West England. The role requires a valid driver’s licence and a company car to travel between locations, with mileage reimbursed.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure high‑quality standards are met.
• Plan and adjust daily cleaning schedules across various sites.
• Drive to sites, manage mileage claims, and ensure timely arrival.
• Monitor health and safety compliance, including the use of safety footwear.
• Report performance metrics and any issues to the client.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in industrial or residential cleaning.
• Flexibility to work varying days and hours as required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car.
• Willingness to wear safety footwear at all times.
