About the role
Join our dynamic cleaning team in Newcastle upon Tyne as a Cleaning Supervisor. You will lead a dedicated crew, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and supervise a team of cleaning staff.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality and safety compliance.
- Provide training, coaching and support to team members.
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and supplies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or similar role.
- Strong leadership with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
