Client Account Director – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term, £60k Pro‑Rata

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term opportunity is with a leading independent media agency in London. You will act as the primary point of contact for a major household brand, overseeing integrated media campaigns and ensuring seamless delivery across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal planning, activation and specialist teams to execute campaigns.
• Oversee multi‑channel media delivery, keeping projects on schedule and within quality standards.
• Identify process improvements and support strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with senior agency leadership to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Agency‑side experience in a client services role within a media agency.
• Current or recent title such as Client Manager, Senior Client Manager, Client Account Director or Account Director.
• Proven track record managing integrated, multi‑channel media campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
