Client Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially‑driven Client Account Manager to join a growing business in the North East. This hybrid role will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high‑quality service and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver against revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct regular client reviews and performance meetings.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify cross‑selling and new business opportunities.
• Produce client reports, insights, and presentations.
• Support tenders, proposals, and business‑development activity.
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or business development.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial focus with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in insurance, property services, home emergency, facilities or utilities sectors (desirable).
