Client Account Manager – Property Services

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Client Account Manager to join our well‑established property services team in Salford. This full‑time, 9‑to‑5 position offers a supportive environment with no weekend work, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Progress property sales from reservation through to completion.
• Proactively chase updates, manage timelines and keep all parties informed.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, vendors, solicitors and brokers.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the transaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property or a strong interest in entering the sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, target‑driven mindset.
