Client Adviser – Commercial Insurance Broking

About the role

You will sit at the heart of our Commercial Broking team, working closely with Account Executives and Directors to deliver an exceptional client experience. This position offers exposure across the commercial insurance market and a clear pathway for career progression within an entrepreneurial culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to manage client relationships.
• Provide responsive, first‑class service to commercial insurance clients.
• Support broking processes and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Utilise technology platforms, including Acturis, to streamline workflows.
• Contribute to the team’s growth journey and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for building a long‑term career in insurance.
• Certificate in CII (or commitment to achieve it).
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
• Clear understanding of broking processes and FCA compliance.
• Highly organised and confident delivering client service.
