Client Advisor / IFA Administrator – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Advisor/IFA Administrator to join a leading wealth‑management firm in Stockport. You will support the team by handling client communications, financial documentation, and administrative tasks while developing your expertise in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, documents and meeting materials for clients and internal teams.
• Generate invoices and review client and office account entries.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and customers, relaying information and providing advice where appropriate.
• Manage diaries, email inboxes and respond to telephone enquiries.

Required profile

• Background in financial, legal or property services.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Previous experience in a Client Advisor, Administrator or IFA Admin role.
• Familiarity with IFA standards or related technical disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
