Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Manchester Selfridges)

About the role

Gucci is seeking a passionate Client Advisor to join its Manchester Selfridges store. You will deliver a personalized, high‑end experience that turns each customer’s vision into a Gucci creation, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for luxury and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs using data‑driven insights.
• Utilise cross‑selling and upselling techniques to maximise revenue.
• Create an engaging, emotional client experience in line with hospitality standards.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients from the moment they enter the store.
• Combine styling knowledge with mix‑and‑match expertise to meet client needs.
• Develop and expand a local and international client base, recruiting top clients.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Passion for Gucci and deep knowledge of luxury fashion.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced retail setting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
