Client Advisor – Nova Support Team (NST)

About the role

The Nova Support Team (NST) Client Advisor is the first point of contact for veterans who are at risk of, or involved in, the criminal justice system. Working from Birmingham, you will provide timely advice, assess needs and connect veterans to specialist services across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage referrals from internal and external partners.
• Make prompt first contact with veterans and complete initial registrations.
• Maintain accurate case records in the case‑management system.
• Assess individual needs and refer veterans to appropriate support services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Compassionate, people‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Confidence with IT tools and basic office software.
