Client Executive

About the role

The Client Executive will manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of Channel Finance agreements. This role supports Portfolio Managers by handling cash, payments, collateral updates and data reconciliation while maintaining high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily Channel Finance data, including cash movements, payments and collateral updates.
• Maintain and audit the collateral database and related automated spreadsheets.
• Support Portfolio Managers with risk analysis, reporting compliance and audit preparation.
• Reconcile end‑of‑month figures, prepare borrowing base certificates and ensure timely receipt of statutory accounts.
• Set up new resellers and clients in internal systems, and continuously improve related processes.
• Liaise with US and third‑party banks, sales support and other internal teams to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of financial data.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify and implement process improvements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data processing and reporting.
