Client Manager – Accounting & Finance

About the role

The Client Manager will lead a portfolio of accounting and finance clients, delivering high‑quality professional services from our Woking office. You will act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounting and finance clients, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Provide expert advice on accounting, finance and regulatory matters.
• Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of financial statements and reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and support business development.
• Coordinate and supervise junior team members where required.
• Deliver work within agreed timelines and uphold quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA) – QBE considered.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios in a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
