Client Manager – Chartered Accountancy Firm

About the role

The firm, a growing regional chartered accountancy practice in Truro, is looking for a Client Manager to lead service delivery for a diverse portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will act as a key support to the partners while developing and managing a junior team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of accounting, tax and audit services to a varied client base.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure high‑quality service.
• Develop, coach and support junior staff within the team.
• Assist partners with business development and client relationship management.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in an accountancy practice covering accounts, tax, audit or related services.
• Progressed to a client‑manager level and ready to lead a team.
• Strong desire to support partners and grow within a regional firm.
