Client Manager – IFA Support (Financial Services)

About the role

This Client Manager position sits at the heart of an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice, providing a blend of adviser support, paraplanning exposure, and direct client interaction. Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IFA clients as the primary contact for all non‑advice matters.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end client process, ensuring smooth hand‑over between advisers, paraplanners, and support teams.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships, addressing queries and facilitating service delivery.
• Support advisers with administrative and paraplanning tasks as needed.
• Contribute to the development of client documentation and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Experience as an IFA Administrator, Paraplanner, or similar role within an IFA firm.
• Some RO exam completion is desirable, though not mandatory.
• Strong interest in progressing towards CII qualifications and a Financial Planner role.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and a proactive attitude.
