Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Client Manager to deliver high‑quality service to a small portfolio of clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring compliance, timely delivery and a strong alignment with the organisation’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an excellent level of service to assigned clients, exceeding expectations.
• Manage client portfolios to meet compliance standards and statutory deadlines.
• Support the Director with day‑to‑day activities and planning processes.
• Review team files for quality, compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Give constructive feedback to junior team members and support their development.
• Build strong relationships with managers, team members and clients to facilitate timely work completion.
• Ensure all client documentation is received promptly and legal requirements are followed.
• Develop system knowledge to improve utilisation across the team.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ICAEW, ACCA or IFA.
• Minimum 4 years of practice experience, preferably in a client‑facing role.

• Salary range £60,000‑£68,000 per year.
