About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established accountancy practice in Gloucestershire that is seeking a qualified Client Manager to join its professional team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high‑quality advice and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own responsibility for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
• Review client work to ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Provide commercial and technical guidance, identifying opportunities to add value.
• Support business development and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency through best practice and effective use of technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues and directors to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA or ACA with relevant experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercial advice.
• Strong understanding of professional and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience contributing to business development and strategic projects.
