Client Relations Executive – £30k-35k, Great Culture

About the role

We are looking for a personable Client Relations Executive to nurture and grow relationships with existing, lapsed and prospective clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, providing guidance and building trust through regular, consultative communication.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Proactively contact new and lapsed clients to re‑introduce company services.
• Build initial relationships with prospects and generate interest in offerings.
• Maintain and cleanse the CRM/database, ensuring accurate contact information.
• Qualify leads and pass relevant opportunities to the sales team.
• Support business development and sales teams with pipeline generation activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform growth strategies.
• Track outreach activity and provide accurate reporting.
• Assist with ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with strong telephone and email outreach skills.
• Able to build rapport quickly with new and existing clients.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when managing data.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining up‑to‑date records.
