Client Relationship Manager – Financial Planning

About the role

Join a fast‑growing financial planning firm in Manchester as a Client Relationship Manager. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their financial planning journey and ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Guide clients through each stage of the financial planning process.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with Financial Advisers.
• Provide regular updates to clients throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with advisers and internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Manage a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle objections confidently and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain client information securely and confidentially.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, client relationship management or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, confident and personable demeanor.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to identify and convert opportunities.

• Monthly bonus with realistic OTE of £60,000‑£65,000.
