Client Relationship Manager – Health & Wellbeing

About the role

Alexander Lloyd is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of employee‑benefits clients. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping organisations optimise health and wellbeing programmes while managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for managing and retaining a diverse client portfolio across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior client leaders to shape long‑term health, benefits and risk strategies.
• Design evidence‑based solutions covering medical, wellbeing and risk propositions.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance clinical pathways and implement tailored onsite health programmes.
• Use data analytics to measure initiative impact, identify trends and inform decision‑making.
• Stay abreast of employee‑benefits, health‑tech and wellbeing market developments.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Partner with new‑business teams to develop and convert opportunities.
• Ensure delivery meets compliance, quality and governance standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the UK employee‑benefits market, preferably with PMI and Health Trust arrangements.
• Strong understanding of strategic and operational challenges faced by corporate clients.
• In‑depth knowledge of core insurance processes and products.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and drive commercial sustainability.
