Client Relationship Manager – Social Media Agency

About the role

Join a fast‑growing social media management agency as a Client Relationship Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing communication, and successful delivery of social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clients, handling all administration and rapport‑building.
• Complete all required compliance documentation.
• Maintain regular contact with clients (weekly or bi‑weekly) to provide updates and manage processes.
• Communicate weekly to‑do tasks each Monday and track progress to meet content schedules.
• Identify potential issues early and work with internal teams to resolve them.

Required profile

• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Social‑media savvy with knowledge of TikTok, X and Instagram.
• Minimum C grades in maths and English; live within 45 minutes of Chessington.
• Graduates without experience are welcome if they are motivated and confident.
