Client Sales Coordinator (Engineering / Electrical)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Client Sales Coordinator to join a modern, family‑run engineering business in East London. You will work within an internal inbound sales team, providing commercial support to sales and account management while ensuring a customer‑first approach.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently take and process client orders.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account‑management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Manage enquiries and process quotations responsibly, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to convert them into orders.
Required profile
- Logical thinker with common sense.
- Organised and efficient when dealing with clients.
- Good telephone manner.
- Practical, inquisitive nature and natural problem‑solver from an engineering or manufacturing background.
