Client Service Analyst – Investor Relations

About the role

17Capital is seeking a Client Service Analyst to join its Investor Relations team in London. The role supports rapid growth of the client service function, working closely with teams in London, New York, Paris and Dubai to manage the existing LP base and support quarterly reporting and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a first‑class client relations service in collaboration with the Investor Relations team.
• Develop fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs, investor updates and other communications, including PPMs, DDQs and case studies.
• Support preparation of investor reporting materials and manage the investor portal and fundraising data rooms.
• Provide hands‑on support to the investor base, responding to requests and queries promptly.
• Utilise AI tools and data analytics to streamline processes, automate routine tasks and generate data‑driven insights.
