Client Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey and converting enquiries into lasting relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for new enquiries, building positive relationships from the outset.
• Collect identification documents and understand client requirements to schedule introductory meetings.
• Guide clients through compliance and verification processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
• Record feedback on unsuccessful enquiries and use insights to improve future performance.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional legal or financial services where appropriate.
• Provide comprehensive handovers to internal teams within one working day.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on service changes and maintain high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑ or customer‑focused role, preferably within professional services or property.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence handling sensitive information and adhering to compliance procedures.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
• Good IT proficiency and experience with administrative or case‑management systems.
• Experience gathering and analysing feedback to improve service or conversion rates.
