Client Service Coordinator

About the role

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) supports global Account Managers in delivering branded merchandise programmes across multiple markets. This role combines coordination, organization and communication to manage product sourcing, quoting, order processing and delivery tracking for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with end‑to‑end execution of merchandise projects.
• Source products, obtain quotes and process orders while tracking delivery status.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams and clients across different time zones.
• Maintain high service levels, drive profitability and ensure brand standards are met.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status and performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management or purchasing.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Experience in customer service, vendor negotiation or procurement is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory.
