Client Service Team Leader – Financial Planning

About the role

Ellis James Partners Limited is seeking a Client Service Team Leader to manage its client services and adviser support function across several South West England offices. This hybrid role will be based primarily in Corsham and will involve overseeing a busy team that delivers high‑quality service to financial planning clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8‑12 Client Services Administrators and Personal Assistants.
• Oversee adviser support, new business onboarding and ongoing client servicing across multiple locations.
• Manage workloads, priorities and service levels to ensure consistent delivery.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Produce management information and support performance development through regular 1‑2‑1s.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a busy support or operations team.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work within a regulated environment and meet FCA requirements.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
