Client Services Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑savvy Client Services Account Manager to join a leading creative agency that specialises in beauty, fragrance and wellness brands. Working on a hybrid schedule (three days in the Teddington office and two days remote), you will act as the central hub between clients, creative teams and production partners, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and photoshoots.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of established beauty, fragrance and wellness clients.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business initiatives (10‑20% of time).
• Develop pitch decks, proposals and presentations for prospective work.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of creative projects, from brief to final execution.
• Oversee photoshoot and campaign production logistics, monitoring timelines, budgets and resources.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams and production personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, Creative Services Manager or Project Manager within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, campaign delivery and production processes.
• Confident presenter with the ability to contribute to pitch and proposal development.
• Commercially aware with a keen eye for identifying account growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in beauty, fragrance, wellness or luxury brands.
