Client Services Administrator – IFA (London)

About the role

This full‑time position supports a fast‑growing independent financial adviser (IFA) firm in the City of London. Working closely with senior team members, you will help ensure smooth client onboarding, day‑to‑day office operations and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming post, scan documents and maintain accurate client records.
• Support office administration and day‑to‑day running of the premises.
• Assist with client onboarding, withdrawals, requests and ongoing service.
• Keep client records up to date in the CRM system and maintain portal access.
• Support tax return processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environment (highly desirable).
• Degree‑level education preferred, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Methodical, proactive, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of delegated tasks.
