Client Services Assistant – Remote – Up to £35k + Bonus

About the role

The client services team of a fast‑growing wealth management firm is looking for a remote Client Services Assistant. You will support financial planners and technical specialists throughout the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing reviews, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process new and existing business for pensions, investments and protection products.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding of new clients, preparing documentation and updating back‑office systems.
• Coordinate client review meetings and arrange client appointments.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from clients, providers and third parties.
• Maintain accurate client records and support the preparation of suitability reports.
• Assist the team with Consumer Duty compliance and promote the firm’s client‑portal technology.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an IFA, wealth‑management or financial‑planning administration role.
• Strong understanding of financial‑services administration processes.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
