Client Services Associate – ISA Platform (London/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Associate to provide front‑line telephone and email support to platform clients and their intermediaries. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model and will initially be on a six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email queries from financial planners, paraplanners and wealth managers efficiently and professionally.
• Manage call flow to ensure timely responses and set appropriate expectations.
• Take ownership of queries, analyse and research to provide accurate solutions using system knowledge.
• Service assigned intermediary firms in a pooled account model, handling rota‑based tasks.
• Prepare and dispatch accurate client and intermediary communications, including emails, letters and platform updates.
• Liaise with Operations team members to minimise errors and maximise service levels.
• Plan and organise workflow with Platform Relationship Managers and regional teams, especially during reporting periods.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the UK platform market and its regulatory environment.
• Understanding of platform administration and tax wrappers.
• Familiarity with Pershing systems and procedures (beneficial).
• Experience in retail investments and investment management operations (advantageous).
• Insight into the UK advisory process and relevant regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of e‑business applications for financial advisers.
