Client Services Executive – Investment Management

About the role

The Client Services Executive will act as the primary point of contact for private clients, charities and institutions within the Investment Management division of a leading UK wealth‑management firm. You will own the end‑to‑end client administration process, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, including account opening, onboarding, transfers, payments and amendments.
• Liaise between clients, investment managers, operations teams and other parties.
• Support portfolio valuation processes and ensure accurate administrative execution.
• Gather client suitability information and prepare welcome packs and summaries.
• Attend client meetings where appropriate and provide support to the investment team.
• Handle client queries as the first point of contact.
• Contribute to process improvements and share best practice.
• Assist with complex events such as estate, probate and deceased client administration.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration or client services.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end client administration processes.
• Strong organisational and relationship‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑service abilities.
• Good understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting investment, wealth‑management or financial‑planning teams is desirable.
