Client Services Executive - Property Tax

About the role

Ryan is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Client Services Executive to join its Property Tax team in Media City, Salford. You will support clients with property tax matters, own client service cases and build strong relationships. The role is office-based, five days a week, with hybrid working available depending on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client service matters, resolving issues quickly and communicating clearly.
• Take full ownership of service cases from start to finish and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Understand client needs, recommend solutions and identify genuine upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct structured outreach to strengthen client relationships.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across multiple channels, provide accurate information and escalate complex queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service or sales role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several priorities.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per year, with an OTE of £31,000 - £36,000.
