Client Services Manager – London Law Firm

About the role

The client suite of a leading global law firm in London requires a proactive manager to oversee its front‑of‑house, meeting rooms and event spaces. You will be the primary point of contact for partners, clients and senior stakeholders, ensuring every meeting and hospitality experience meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the client suite and reception, maintaining professional presentation of all spaces.
• Manage room bookings, utilisation, and last‑minute changes, ensuring seamless scheduling.
• Act as escalation point for complex, high‑profile client requests and sensitive requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver internal and external events from concept through execution.
• Oversee catering, hospitality services and consumables to guarantee exceptional service.
• Collaborate with IT and AV teams to support technology‑enabled meetings and events.

Required profile

• Significant experience in client services, hospitality, conference services, workplace experience or events management within a law firm.
• Proven leadership of front‑of‑house or client service teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives, partners, clients and suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and operational capabilities with a track record of delivering high‑quality meetings and events.
• Financial awareness for budget monitoring and cost control.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a client‑facing environment.
