Client Services Team Leader – Wealth Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Team Leader to oversee a key operational team within a growing wealth‑planning firm. You will ensure a seamless client experience by leading a group of administration professionals who support advisers throughout the client journey. The role is hybrid, with one day a week working from home and occasional travel to another regional office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Client Services professionals.
• Allocate and manage workflow to meet service standards and deadlines.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and provide day‑to‑day guidance.
• Act as the first point of contact for team queries and operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to review and improve processes.
• Monitor workloads, priorities and compliance to ensure accurate administration.
• Support advisers by delivering timely, efficient and compliant client‑service tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Planning Administrator or in a client‑services role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Strong organisational and process‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel to another office approximately once per week.
