Client Success Manager

About the role

Perkbox is looking for a Client Success Manager to join its Public Sector team on a permanent basis. Working hybrid from London or Sheffield, you will own end‑to‑end client engagement, build strong relationships and ensure the delivery of real value to public sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the contract term.
• Deliver onboarding, business reviews and success strategies to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, monitor account health and act early on risk indicators.
• Partner with Contract Managers and support functions to support renewals, expansions and order authorisations.
• Gather and relay customer insights to Product, Marketing and Support teams.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to tell stories and influence decisions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, comfortable handling difficult conversations.
• Familiarity with public sector frameworks, procurement processes or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
