Clinic General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Clinic General Manager to lead one of London’s most ambitious luxury healthcare businesses. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will shape the operational blueprint that supports current excellence and future international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, diary management and optimal room utilisation.
• Maintain luxury standards across all clinic spaces, oversee suppliers, inventory and clinical equipment compliance.
• Develop and refine operational policies, SOPs and efficiency initiatives to boost profitability.
• Lead premium aesthetic, wellness and regenerative medicine services, supporting new treatment launches and ensuring consistency in protocols and pricing.
• Drive commercial performance by growing memberships, diagnostics, programmes and retail sales while tracking revenue, conversion and re‑booking KPIs.
• Deliver five‑star hospitality throughout the patient journey, coordinating VIP, concierge and international patient services.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team, conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with clinicians on scheduling, equipment maintenance and operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the operations of a high‑end medical or aesthetic clinic.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and membership programmes.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build, coach and retain a high‑performing team.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience and maintaining luxury service standards.
