Clinical Advisor (111 Service) – Remote

About the role
Connaught Resourcing is seeking qualified nursing or paramedic professionals to work as Clinical Advisors for the NHS 111 service on a home‑working basis. As a remote Clinical Advisor you will deliver clinical advice to callers, applying your Pathways training to ensure safe and appropriate triage.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical advice to NHS 111 callers from a remote location.
- Apply Pathways protocols to assess and triage patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in line with NHS standards.
Required profile
- Full nursing or paramedic qualification.
- Registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Completed Pathways training.
- Worked on the NHS 111 service within the last six weeks.
