Clinical Editor – Part‑time Remote

About the role
The Clinical Editor will support the growth of a specialist assessment service by proofreading and refining clinical reports produced by Occupational Therapists. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will ensure each document meets the highest professional standards before delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Review and edit clinical reports, including detailed assessments of up to 90+ pages and shorter review documents.
- Maintain consistency in formatting, structure, tone and language across all reports.
- Manage documents through workflow stages and meet strict deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams, providing clear and constructive feedback to clinicians.
Required profile
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including formatting, track changes, tables, headers/footers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot minor errors.
- Excellent grammar, spelling and written English.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional, sensitive approach to language and collaborative mindset.

What we offer
- £19.50 per hour, paid monthly in arrears.
- Minimum 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
