Clinical Educator – Tracheostomy

About the role

The Clinical Educator – Tracheostomy will deliver engaging, evidence‑based education and training to healthcare professionals, patients and carers across the Home Counties. You will promote best clinical practice and support the safe adoption of Atos Medical tracheostomy products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver education programmes and clinical training sessions for multidisciplinary audiences.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, Field Nurses, Marketing and Product Development teams to align educational initiatives with business goals.
• Speak at conferences, workshops and in‑house events to raise awareness of best tracheostomy care.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to innovative clinical projects that enhance patient outcomes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Speech and Language Therapist with at least five years of direct tracheostomy care experience.
• Strong understanding of current clinical practice, evidence and emerging trends in tracheostomy management.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence individual clinicians and multidisciplinary groups.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
