Clinical Home Manager – Luxury Care Home

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Home Manager to lead a luxury care home offering nursing, residential and dementia services. This senior position will guide the home through its next phase of development, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, professional standards and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvement across all departments.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, development and succession planning.
• Maintain safe staffing levels aligned with occupancy and resident dependency.
• Manage budgets, occupancy targets and overall commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Current NMC registration.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Senior management experience in a large care‑home environment.
• Proven track record of managing nursing services in a regulated setting.
• Deep understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy.

• Salary of £85,000 per annum (negotiable) plus bonus up to 25% of salary.
