Clinical Lead Nurse

About the role

Hallmark Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to uphold the highest standards of care for residents across its luxury homes. You will drive clinical excellence, ensure robust safeguarding, and mentor the care team while providing on‑floor coverage as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Clinical Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Align clinical priorities with organisational goals, focusing on safety, resident experience and sustainability.
• Maintain high standards of care in line with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee Clinical Governance processes and drive ongoing quality improvement.
• Provide expert clinical practice, resident care, and professional guidance.

Required profile

• Registered Qualified Nurse with a valid PIN.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a care‑home setting.
• Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
• Dementia qualification or experience caring for residents with dementia is desirable.
