Clinical Negligence Solicitor – £55k (NQ+)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised claimant litigation team as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor. You will handle a varied portfolio of clinical negligence claims, from initial instruction through to resolution, including trials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence matters, ensuring timely progress at each stage.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders to gather evidence and provide clear updates.
• Prepare and attend hearings, trials and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop case strategy and manage high‑value, complex claims.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in clinical negligence litigation.
• Confident in managing an independent caseload and progressing claims through all stages of litigation.
• Strong client‑care and communication abilities.
• Motivated to work within a supportive, collaborative environment.
