Clinical Nurse Advisor – Homecare Programme

About the role

Inizio Engage is seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Advisor to join its Homecare Programme. Working field‑based in London, you will deliver patient‑centred care, education and clinical support across home, healthcare settings and virtual platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in line with service protocols through face‑to‑face and virtual consultations.
• Educate patients, families and carers on treatment plans and self‑care.
• Monitor and report adverse events and clinical incidents according to company policy.
• Participate in service audits, collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to build lasting relationships and ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and share best practices.

Required profile

• Current NMC registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse).
• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year post‑registration experience.
• Desirable: expertise in CVAD or parenteral nutrition.
• Full UK driving licence and satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems.
• Experience using Android devices.
• Knowledge of CVAD procedures.
• Knowledge of parenteral nutrition.
