Clinical Nurse Advisor

About the role

The Clinical Nurse Advisor will act as the clinical voice for a leading healthcare technology organisation, helping NHS customers understand and adopt innovative digital solutions. This national, remote‑first role combines clinical expertise with digital transformation experience to drive service improvement across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Support product demonstrations, clinical engagement and training for NHS stakeholders.
• Lead implementation and adoption of digital health technologies, including electronic patient record systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, digital and executive teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Travel across the UK to engage with NHS organisations, Integrated Care Systems and regional transformation programmes.
• Provide ongoing clinical expertise to inform product development and service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse, Midwife, AHP or other clinically qualified professional with senior NHS experience.
• Proven track record of leading or supporting digital transformation, EPR deployments or service improvement programmes.
• Strong professional networks within the NHS and ability to engage senior clinical and operational leaders.
• Experience working with NHS England, Integrated Care Systems or regional transformation initiatives.
• Commitment to improving patient safety, digital inclusion and health equity through technology.

Required skills

• Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation experience.
• Clinical systems implementation and digital health technology adoption.
