Clinical Nurse Advisor – Ventilators

About the role

This field‑based position supports hospitals across the Midlands with clinical training and technical assistance for advanced ventilator systems. You will work both from home and on site, travelling to customer locations and occasionally to the company headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programmes on ventilator use and clinical applications.
• Provide on‑site clinical support and troubleshooting for ICU and critical‑care teams.
• Collaborate with senior management, marketing and distributor partners to develop activities that drive sales and market share.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians and economic stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor products and market trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with ICU or critical‑care experience, or qualified ODP/ANP/Outreach Nurse.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Coventry, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clinical staff.
