Clinical Nurse Advisor - Ventilators

About the role

This field‑based position supports hospitals across the Midlands with clinical training and device support for advanced ventilator systems. You will work both from home and on‑site, delivering education and troubleshooting to critical care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programmes on ventilator technology to hospital staff.
• Provide on‑site clinical support and device troubleshooting during customer visits.
• Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and distributor teams to develop initiatives that meet sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and important clinical stakeholders.
• Stay informed on competitor products and market strategies.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with ICU/Critical Care experience, or qualified ODP/ANP/Outreach Nurse.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Coventry, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied schedule.
