Clinical Pharmacist - Primary Care

About the role

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is looking for pharmacists to join its team in a full-time hybrid role. You will use your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings. The role suits someone looking for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Support practices by providing clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• Build awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.

Required profile

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable; PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel as required, alongside remote (home) working.
• Keen passion for improving patients' long-term health and a driven work ethic.
